Strie u mužů
Tvoří se strie i mužům?
Striemi trpí většinou ženy, mají k tomu i větší předpoklady. Je to především proto, že mají sklony k rychlému přibírání a zvětšování objemu kůže hlavně v těhotenství.
U mužů se strie tvoří při dramatickém tloustnutí nebo při rychlém nárůstu svalové hmoty při intenzivním posilování. Pokud u toho muži berou nějaké anabolické steroidy, aby zvětšení svalů ještě podpořili, tak zároveň zvyšují i riziko vzniku nehezkých strií.
Dnešní mladí muži posilují víc kvůli větší přitažlivosti, než kvůli tělesné kondici, proto by měli brát vážně v úvahu i možnost vzniku strií.

je my 17 let. po tom co jsem rychle přibral (BMI mám cca 30) tak jsem na to začal aktivně cvičit asi poslední 4 měsíce ale strie se my začali dělat na rukách a bocích :sad: a zajímalo by mě jak by se to dalo zastavit nebo případě nějak léčit .děkuju
